The offroad sills are made of 3 mm steel, while the supports are made of 6 mm thick material. The profiles must be welded to the frame to achieve the highest possible rigidity.

The sill is finished with a textured powder coating called "Cracked Desert".

The most important function of the sills is to protect the vehicle during off-road use, while also allowing for comfortable entry into the vehicle. The sill must be strong and durable. If it encounters an obstacle, it must provide effective protection and, when properly installed, allow the car to be lifted. It is very important to protect the side of the car, which is why these sills must be welded to the vehicle frame. Only in this way is it possible to maintain structural rigidity and provide the possibility of lifting with a Hi-lift. Using assembly bolts instead of welding the sills to the frame does not ensure sufficient strength of the structure for off-road use.
