The sill is made of a tube with a diameter of Ø 76 mm and a thickness of 3 mm. First, it is cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press, and then it is given the appropriate shape by hand machining. The next step is corrosion protection, which consists of galvanizing and powder coating, and then the sills are provided with corrugated aluminum, which gives them their final shape.

The door sills protect the vehicle from protruding roots, stones, and other obstacles. They also make it easier to get in and out of the vehicle, and the grooved aluminum prevents slipping on the sills. All products are painted in black matte fine-structure by default.
